The 20125 HARVESTER now features a new electronic control system with CAN-BUS data transmission to manage all the functions via a 7" colour display

As from today, the self-propelled 20125 harvester - top in its class - is fitted with an electronic control system called MMC® (Monchiero Machine Control®), with CAN-BUS data transmission. With this exceptional innovation, all the machine functions can be monitored and controlled from a convenient 7” colour display located alongside the driver’s seat.
The system is composed of 3 electronic power packs, a pedal, a joystick, a 7” colour display, and specially-designed software.
The power packs control all the machine’s functions:

• the motor parameters (rpm, temperatures, pressure, etc.), dialoguing with the ECU (Engine Control Unit);
• operations: brush, pick-up, belt, fans, etc.
• machine handling: transmission and steering

The operator controls the movement of the machine by means of the pedal, and the operating functions using the joystick. All the harvester’s functions are shown immediately and clearly on the system’s display, so all the information relating to the machine is readily available to the operator, who can change the parameters directly from the driving seat, without having to move. All this of course not only makes things easier for the operator, who can work at maximum efficiency throughout his work shift without having to get out of his seat; it also means a considerable increase in machine productivity.

Award "Technical Novelties 2005" for 2070

The experience of more than 35 years passed from Monchiero in the fruit harvesting sector and its continuous engagement in the renewal and improvement of its products, have brought the company to the construction of the "Self propelled harvester 2070" , machine studied for the picking up of fruits as walnuts, chestnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, apples, olives, etc. Because of its innovative characteristics as the diesel engine 4 cylinders Perkins, the powerful hydraulic system, the high speed cleaning system in 3 steps, the big hopper with hydraulic lifting, the high efficiency also on wet soil end the excellent manoeuvrability during the work and during the transfer, the mod. 2070 has received the award as the best "Technical Novelties" during the FIMA show based in Zaragoza ( Spain) the past April.
