INFORMATION ABOUT PRIVACY LAW n.196 of 6/30/03

This note about the privacy law complies with the requirements of art. 13 Law Decree June 30, 2003, nr. 196. and is meant for the users of the web services provided by Monchiero & C. Snc.
This note is supplied exclusively for website use of the above mentioned companies and not for the other sites for which a link is provided.

The data connected with the web services are treated at the seat of Monchiero & C. Snc. The data treatment is carried out by staff in charge or by occasional site maintenance operators.

by sending an e-mail by means of the form with the following subject: “PRIVACY” and by specifying their requests.

The information systems and software procedure that are the base of the site operation acquire a few personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet communication protocols. This information by nature might permit the identification of the users by associations with data held by third parties even if it has not been collected to this purpose. This data category includes the IP addresses and the domains of the PCs applied by the users, the URI notation addresses for the requested resources, the time of their requests and other data relevant to the user’s information system. This information could be used in an anonymous way for statistical purposes about the use of the site and for the control of its correct operation to be erased immediately after processing.
No cookies are used for personal data transmission and no persistent cookies of any kind (user’s tracing systems) are used. The possible use of session cookies is limited to the transmission of session identification data to allow site exploration in a safe and efficient way, avoiding using invasive information techniques that might jeopardize the user’s privacy.
